Urinetown

Urinetown is a musical about capitalism, environmentalim, and social justice, Urinetown is set in a dystopian city where a severe water shortage has led to a government enforced ban on private toilets. Citizens must pay to use public amenities, and those who disobey are exlied to "Urinetown."
